Background

My research interest lies in the psychology of language learner and international students’ intercultural experiences. I have longstanding research interests in language learning emotions and language learner strategies, especially in foreign language anxiety,  willingness to communicate, L2 vocabulary strategies, and L2 emotion regulation strategies. My research interests extend to language learner wellbeing, identity and interculturality in language education.
