Recent UK events – support for students and staff

The University of Edinburgh is deeply concerned by the recent rioting and senseless violence in parts of the UK.

Our University is at the heart of the city of Edinburgh and benefits hugely from a culture of diversity, respect and inclusion. We are proud to welcome a significant number of international students and staff into our community.

All members of our community should feel safe and included, and we will never tolerate any forms of discrimination, incitement, bullying or harassment.

You may be concerned or anxious about these events – we are here to support you. A number of University services are available to members of our community.
