Get ready for your exams
From study space information to wellbeing workshops, we’ve put together a list of useful resources for the exam period.

Study spaces on campus
Need somewhere to study? In addition to the Main Library, a number of our other libraries will be open in the evening and at weekends.
From 2 December additional study spaces will be opening on the lower ground floor of 40 George Square.
Our Study Spaces website is the best place to find information about locations, opening times and booking study spaces via our booking app.

Using the Library to help you revise
The University Library has a huge range of resources to help you study for your exams.
You can download past exam papers to practise.
If you’re studying remotely, you can use the Library’s 'Scan & Deliver' service to request scanned extracts of print materials.
When you’re ready for a break from studying, the Library’s Leisure and Wellbeing guide helps you to discover resources on all aspects of wellbeing, such as books and the extensive Main Library music collection.
Resources from the Institute for Academic Development
All students have access to the Exam Bootcamp in Learn Essentials. The Bootcamp covers everything you need to revise effectively and develop successful exam strategies.
Explore the Study Hub learning resources to find advice and tips on specific study skills, from time management to critical thinking, as well as downloadable resources and study skills guides to support you with your exams.
Workshops to support your wellbeing
The University’s Skills for Life and Learning sessions cover topics such as improving sleep, managing stress and defeating procrastination, to help you look after your wellbeing during the exam period. These sessions can be booked via MyEd.
