Gaelic Week Edinburgh events

There are many ways students can get involved to mark Gaelic Week Edinburgh this February.

Friday 16 February: Cèilidh a’ Chomainn Cheiltich | Highland Society ceilidh

Kick off Gaelic Week Edinburgh with the University’s Highland Society cèilidh. Expect plenty of dancing with music led by Gaelic singer and Mòd gold-medalist, Ruairidh Gray. All are welcome!

Monday 19 February: Gàidhlig ann an Gnìomhachais | Gaelic in Business

Networking event for professionals with Gaelic. An opportunity to meet and network with Gaelic-speaking professionals, and for people from companies with Gaelic to highlight the language in a professional environment.

Questions about hosting minority language events? Come and join EUSA for this special societies drop-in, focussing on delivering events and creating resources for Gaelic, BSL and other minority language speakers.
