Remembrance Day Service
The University is teaming up with its fellow city universities to host its annual Remembrance Day Service.

The Service will take place on Sunday 8 November at the Playfair Library Hall, Old College.
It will be conducted by the Chaplains to the University of Edinburgh, Heriot-Watt University and Edinburgh Napier University.
All welcome
Staff and students of all four universities are invited to attend, along with family and friends.
Those attending are asked to be seated in the Playfair Library Hall no later than 10.10am.
A collection in aid of the Earl Haig Fund will be taken upon arrival.
Officers in attendance
Units on parade will be the City of Edinburgh Universities Officers Training Corps, the Royal Naval Reserve and the East of Scotland Universities’ Air Squadron.
The Pipes and Drums of the Universities Officers Training Corps will also be in attendance.
After the Service, the services contingent will gather in the Old College Quadrangle to observe the two-minute silence.
This will be followed by the laying of wreaths.
