Biography

Background

Xiaonan is a Teaching Fellow in Asian Studies, specializing in Chinese language, translation, and culture. She teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students and currently serves as the Course Organizer for Foundation Business Chinese and Chinese Oral.

Her academic interests focus on promoting intercultural competence within foreign language education. She conducts research on second language acquisition and pedagogy, with a particular emphasis on Mandarin Chinese learning.
