Vinton Omaleki

Background

Vinton is a PhD student at the Global Academy of Agriculture and Food Systems. He obtained his Masters of Public Health in Health Promotion and Behavioral Science from San Diego State University and his Bachelor of Science in International Agricultural Development from the University of California Davis. Vinton has over a decade of biomedical, agricultural, and public health research experience and specializes in community engagement best practices and the social determinants of health. His current PhD studentship is looking at the state of food security in European Roma communities using a co-creative approach.
