Research summary

My research interests are centred on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. Around the central theme of FASD, my research to-date has explored parents and carers experiences of raising children with FASD and health and social care professionals experiences of supporting individuals with FASD and their families.  Prior to joining the Fetal Alcohol Advisory Support and Training Team and the University of Edinburgh, I was a member of the Australian Centre for Child Protection and have an interest in the intersection between FASD and child protection systems
