Background

I joined the University of Edinburgh in 2024 whilst continuing to work clinically within Neuro Rehabilitation in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Prior to completing clinical psychology training, I worked as a Lecturer in Psychology and Lecturer in Health and Wellbeing at the University of Glasgow.

My postdoctoral research was focused on stroke rehabilitation and community-based stroke service organisation in NHS Scotland. Prior to this, I completed a PhD evaluating the assessment and treatment of prospective memory difficulties under the supervision of Professor Jonathan Evans at the University of Glasgow.

I am HCPC registered, and became a charted member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) in 2014. I am also an Associate Fellow of the BPS.
