Thesis title: Identification of Biomarkers of Typical and Atypical Depression

Background

I first graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2019, having undertaken a BSc in Neuroscience. I went on to complete an MSc in Genomics and Analytics in my home city, at the Univeristy of Leeds, before returning to Edinburgh to start my PhD.

My main research interest is the study of psychiatric genetics and my PhD project will involve the investigation of biomarkers that accurately discriminate between subtypes of major depressive disorder.
