Renata Moio

Teaching Fellow in Italian

Background

I am a Teaching Fellow in Italian and have been working at The University of Edinburgh since 2010, teaching at all levels, from beginners to advanced.

I hold a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Siena, Italy. My thesis in Film and British directors Ken Loach and Mike Leigh was one of the reasons I moved to the UK.

Not long after I moved to Edinburgh I started teaching Italian in various language schools and Institutions before joining the team at Languages for All and I have an extensive experience in language teaching and curriculum development.

I am passionate about teaching Italian language, culture and film and love seeing students developing their language skills each term.
