Thesis title: Dissecting Immune-Stromal Crosstalk to Define Prognostic Endotypes in Lung Cancer

Background

I am an MRC Precision Medicine DTP PhD student at the University of Edinburgh, researching lung cancer using spatial and computational approaches.  Before starting my PhD, I completed an MSc in Medical Statistics at the LSHTM, an MRes in Oncology at the University of Oxford, and a BSc in Cancer Biomedicine at University College London. My previous research has included tumour microenvironment profiling, cancer genomics, single-cell analysis and clinical survival analysis.
