Background

I am Professor of Economics at the University of Edinburgh, specialising in labour and macro‑labour economics, family economics, and public economics. I hold a PhD from Aarhus University, and my research has been published in leading academic journals. I have held academic positions at Aarhus University and Royal Holloway, University of London, and visiting appointments at Northwestern University and Aarhus University.
