Background
I am a first year PhD student on the Precision Medicine Doctoral Training Program at the University of Edinburgh, with co-supervision at the University of Glasgow and the Karolinska Institutet. My research involves investigating biomarkers associated with treatment-resistant depression in large multi-omic datasets, and using polygenic risk scores to predict treatment response.
