Background
In 2018, Nicholas completed his Sports Therapy degree, followed by an MSc in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Edinburgh in 2019. During his Master's program, he conducted research on the correlation between mental fatigue and sports performance. He then pursued further research in performance psychophysiology at the same university.
Nicholas has gained diverse experience in the field of Sports Science, having worked as a Sports Therapist for the Hong Kong Women's National Field Hockey Team, a Strength and Conditioning Intern for the Hong Kong National Cricket Team, and a Performance Coach Assistant for the University team in Edinburgh.
