Background

I am a cognitive science postdoctoral research associate in the School of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Sciences at the University of Edinburgh. I am currently investigating how language prediction is affected by cognitive load, noise, and hearing impairment. Previously, I was a PhD candidate in the Communication in Social Interaction group based at the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics/Donders Centre for Cognition and Behaviour, Radboud University (NL), where I studied how visual bodily signals contribute to language processing. Additionally, I have worked on sentence reading in bilingual children.
