Research summary

Interested in statistical genetics and pscyhopathology.

Current research interests

I am particularly interested in exploring gene by environment interplay within depression. My current research utilises polygenic scores as well as genomic relationship matrices as measures of genetic variance.

Past research interests

I have previously explored the role of parental styles and it's affect on cognitive appraisal within individuals with bipolar disorder (BSc). I have also explored shared biological pathways between depression and anxiety using available genetic data.
