Meijun Qu (PhD student)

Thesis title: Developing Life Skills through Outdoor Learning in Young People

Background

Meijun is a third year PhD student with an interest in applied sport, exercise & health sciences. Meijun is currently focusing her academic research on Outdoor Learning, with a emphasis on developing life skills in adolescents through outdoor experiences. Her background as a professional table tennis player and semi-professional volleyball player provides her with valuable insights into Coach Education, effective training methodologies, and the psychological components of competitive sports.
