Research summary

My research employs bioinformatic and phylogenetic methods to study virus evolution and epidemiology in various infectious disease systems under the One Health framework.

Current research interests

Combines phylogenetic, statistical, and machine learning approaches to assess how climate, landscape, and human behavior shape the evolution and spread of zoonotic pathogens, with a primary focus on influenza viruses and arboviruses.
