Biography

Background

Lowri graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2010 and has been working as a first opinion vet since then. She has worked in a variety of practices before joining us in 2021. 

Lowri enjoys all aspects of first opinion practice, but has a particular interest in cat medicine. She gained a further qualification (ANZCVS medicine of cats) in this area in 2020 and keeps her knowledge up to date with continued education and communication within a world wide feline medicine community.

Since joining the University of Edinburgh, Lowri has pursued her passion for good communication in veterinary medicine and has a growing portfolio of teaching and research in this area.
