Background

Louise is one of the School's Student Support Officers working closely to support the School's Personal Tutors and Senior Tutor in providing support for students, referring students to central services and other specialist sources of information and guidance.

Louise has responsibility for Postgraduate Research Admissions working closely with the School Academic Administrator and Programme Directors.

Louise takes responsibility for complaint handling for the School and provides confirmation of student status letters to students across the School.
