Research summary

I am working on my PhD research project: Nurses' Environmentally Sustainable Practices: A Qualitative Realist Informed Exploration in Perioperative Unit. This study is aimed to explore and explain environmental sustainability practices performed and/or not performed by nurses working in perioperative units in Indonesia. I use critical realism's philosophical stances to uncover the mechanism of such practices.

I am interested in research around sustainable health care, climate change and health, nursing management, and nursing education. Collaborative work in those areas are very much welcome!
