Background
Katie works as part of the Directors Office in LTW, analysing data from across LTW and the wider Information Services Group. In particular, she looks at EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) data from areas such as recruitment to staff satisfaction and engagement, to see if there are any gaps or inequalities across demographics. Katie is also involved in running and organising a variety of events which surrounding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, encouraging staff involvement in EDI and organisational development.
