Background
Juan Pablo is researching the role of contextuality and flexible interpretive tools in human rights adjudication. Before starting his postgraduate studies, he worked for three years as a lecturer and academic coordinator of the LLB program at Universidad Panamericana, where he still teaches a seminar on constitutional and legal theory. He was a legal assistant in the Mexican Supreme Court from 2017 to 2020. He graduated from Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara.
