PhD Student; member of the Selvaraj Lab, Chandran Lab, and Carragher Lab.

Qualifications

BSc in Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh, with a year-long internship at Illumina.

Honours Project: "Transcriptomics-based Drug Discovery for TDP-43-mediated RNA Dysfunction in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis", which focused on computational optimization of the sequencing depth and replicate design for an upcoming high-throughput drug discovery assay.

Research summary

Working on the intersection between transcriptomics, bioinformatics, high-throughput drug discovery, stem cells, and Motor Neuron Disease.
