Background
Inés graduated from the University of León in Spain. She initially worked in small animal general practice in Spain and the UK before completing a Rotating Internship and two Neurology and Neurosurgery internships in Spain.
Inés joined the University of Edinburgh as a Veterinary Neurology and Neurosurgery Resident in September 2025. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary neurology, with a particular interest in neurosurgery, and is actively involved in undergraduate teaching.
