Background
With well over a decade of experience in managing clinical research projects across various therapeutic areas, I am the UKRI Mental Health Platform Senior Project Manager . My core competencies involve contributing to the leadership, development and delivery of a new programme of work, ensuring that strategic objectives are met. This includes designing and implementing new processes to streamline the setup and delivery of global research across the UK clinical research system. Through matrix working, I routinely collaborate with multiple stakeholders (UK Government, Devolved Administrations, NHS, universities, pharmaceutical industries, CROs, charities, GP practices, residential care partners, private healthcare sector, and other research funders) and ensure compliance with governance regulations and KPIs are being met. I am passionate about transforming people's lives through research, health tech and innovation. An avid reader and my hobbies include walking, yoga and volunteering for a UK charity delivering projects focused on health and education for marginalised communities in India.
