Background
I am a PhD student with a background in Neuroscience. I am currently working on childhood central nervous system acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (CNS-ALL). My project involves using clinical data to investigate potential confounders in the clinical setting, as well as metabolomics, lipidomics and proteomics to screen for cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers. The end goal is to ultimately inform patient stratification by developing a risk profile for childhood CNS-ALL.
Qualifications
- MSc Neurobiology - Radboud University;
- BSc (Hons) Neuroscience - University of Glasgow.
