Performance Psychology, Implementation Science & Applied Research
Current research interests
My principal research interest is the intersection of performance psychology and implementation science in applied hyperdynamic contexts. My doctoral thesis explored the application of performance psychology to facilitate change in specialist medical teams (UK's National Organ Retrieval Service). As well as continuing this research, in my current postdoc post, I work on a collaborative international project aiming to develop a global family education programme in autism spectrum disorder for low resource settings.Current project grants
