I lead the University’s Researcher Development team within the Research Strategy, Development and Impact Directorate in the Edinburgh Research Office, providing strategic leadership for researcher development provision across the University. In this role, I am responsible for shaping and delivering a high-quality service that supports the professional, career and personal development of researchers, in line with the University’s strategic ambitions, and our commitments under the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers.
