Biography

Background

I am involved with and provide support in research projects concerning the generation of transgenic chickens within The National Avian Research Facility.

I have previously worked within toxicology and pharmacokinetic research and I graduated from the Roslin Institute and the University of Edinburgh with a Master of Science in Animal Biosciences in 2014.

I have a keen interest in developmental biology and I have recently extended my learning into forensic Science and medicine.

I grew up on a farm in the Cotswolds and I have a Labrador, Bella and a Springer Spaniel Fern, who both enjoy plenty of cuddles during my visits home.
