Biography

Background

Duc Nguyen is a research manager and environmental researcher with over 15 years of experience working on sustainability and environmental issues. His work focuses on plastic pollution, waste management, renewable energy, and community-based research. He has worked with universities, NGOs, government partners, private companies and local communities in several countries. Duc currently works at the University of Edinburgh and previously worked at Heriot-Watt University, where he supports interdisciplinary research and helps turn research ideas into practical projects and real-world impact.
