Research summary
My research interests lie in clinical and health psychology. A particular strand of my work focuses on psychological flexibility and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), including how these approaches can inform the development of accessible, evidence-based psychological support. My research to date has included work with people affected by prostate cancer, advanced illness and bereavement.
I am also interested in the co-production, development and evaluation of psychological interventions, with a strong emphasis on patient and public involvement and translating research into meaningful improvements in support and care.
