Background

I trained at the University of Dundee, completing a BMSc (Hons) in Human Reproduction, Assisted Conception and Embryonic Stem Cells and an MBChB in Medicine and Surgery. I then undertook an Academic Foundation Programme in Southeast Scotland with the University of Edinburgh. I am currently a clinical academic trainee in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and an ECAT-i Clinical Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh. Between 2025 and 2028, I am completing a PhD at the Institute for Regeneration and Repair exploring systemic immune changes driven by menstruation, focusing on how menstruation intersects with haematopoiesis. I also work across chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, and digital health.
