Biography

Background

I qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2010 and have worked in a variety of small animal practices since then. I am particularly interested in feline medicine and welfare, and prior to taking up my role at the Dick Vet General Practice in 2025, I worked in a cat only cat role. I have always had an interest in Veterinary Education, and in 2022 I took on the role of Teaching Associate at the University of Nottingham's School of Veterinary Medicine and Science. Here I completed a Post Graduate certificate in Higher Education, and became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
