Biography

Background

I joined the Digital Skills and Training team in 2009, before this I worked in Information Services' Student Support Team. I completed a PhD at the University of Edinburgh in 2003.

I present courses and create training materials to help staff and students improve their digital skills. The topics I teach include BusinessObjects reporting and analytics, producing a thesis or dissertation using Word and EndNote reference manager.
