Research summary
Interested in understanding why patients respond to cancer therapeutics, identification of biomarkers that predict response to cancer therapeutics, identification of drug combination opportunites (synthetic lethalities), and the mechanisms underlying cancer drug resistance development.
My PhD research involved studying these mechanisms through integrated computational modelling of large-scale pharmacogenomic screens and multi-omic data using statistical and machine learning methods.
