  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB equivalent) from Universidade Federal de Pelotas (UFPel), Brazil
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts (Teaching Qualification), from Universidade Federal de Pelotas (UFPel), Brazil

Responsibilities & affiliations

I am the Office Manager and PA to the Director at the Edinburgh Research Office, where I also manage the Administration Team.

I provide high-level, comprehensive, and professional support to the Director, ensuring effective coordination of priorities, communications, and operational activities. I lead and manage the Administration Team, overseeing workload distribution, supporting staff development, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. I also oversee HR processes, approve financial transactions, and authorise software installations and access to restricted systems and folders.

In addition to my core role, I hold several key responsibilities, including Health and Safety Coordinator, Computer Officer, Sustainability Champion, Fire Warden, and Mental Health First Aider. In these roles, I support compliance, promote wellbeing and sustainability, contribute to effective IT and operational practices, and help ensure a safe and inclusive working environment.

I am also an active member of internal committees and working groups, including:

  • MOBUG (Multiple Occupancy Building User Group), representing ERO at Charles Stewart House
  • ERO Incident Management Team
  • CSG IT Group, acting as the ERO Computer Representative
