Background
Registered nurse, multidisciplinary researcher and, neurosomatic practitioner.
I am currently working as a Teaching Fellow at the University of Edinburgh whilst completing my PhD on nurses' emotions and developing a trauma-aware nursing culture.
I am passionate about human interactions and their affect.
I am also interested in the power of silence, self-discovery and self-care.

My PhD explores emotions as experienced by acute care nurses. I am specializing in trauma healing, somatic experiencing and emotion regulation.
