Background
Alina is a first-year student on the MRC Precision Medicine DTP, studying novel PROTACs against phosphodiesterases in central nervous system disorders and cancer.
Alina graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences (Pharmacology & Biobusiness) in 2021, before going on to complete a one-year Research Masters at the same institution investigating the role of the endocannabinoid system in colorectal cancer.
