Background
My postgraduate study on the New Testament is motivated by an interest in “old books” — manuscripts in which Christian texts have survived.
I find it fascinating to explore the scribal practices and editorial activities in the production of the books, as they often reflect how the text was undersood and valued. I believe this investigation helps uncover the often-overlooked exegetical richness embedded in manuscript traditions and offers fresh insights for today’s readers of the old Book.
Qualifications

Research summary
My research focuses on scribal habits and paratextual features in biblical manuscripts, particularly on textual division.
I examined the use of punctuation marks in Codex Sinaiticus in my Master’s research. I am currently studying the scribal practice of paragraphing in the manuscripts of Matthew’ Gospel and its interpretative implications.
