Background

Lawyer and lecturer at the University of Chile School of Law with academic background and practical experience. I completed an LL.M. at the University of Washington School of Law and am currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Edinburgh School of Law, focusing on the legal transplant of Anglo-American whistleblowing to Latin America. As a Fellow at the Government Accountability Project and Founder of Whistleblower-Chile, I am committed to driving legal reform and promoting accountability.
