As School Marketing Officer, Aiko's aim is to providing marketing support for Moray House School of Education and Sport, ensuring the delivery of a service which attracts the best students, and supports the School in achieving its strategic objectives. For colleagues, this includes support with student recruitment, recruitment-related content writing for the web, guidance on social media use, access to School logos, University and School brand guidance. Aiko assists in the production of printed materials and merchandise.

Prospective students might meet her at an online information session or on campus for a tour or Open Day. She aims to be a friendly, helpful resource for anyone considering studying at Moray House.
Qualifications
Aiko has just over a decade of experience in higher education marketing and student recruitment and has lived and worked in the United States, Japan and Scotland. She completed an MSc in Creative Writing (Poetry) at the University of Edinburgh in 2009. Prior to this, she studied at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) for double Bachelors degrees in Mass Communications with computing specialisation and English with poetry specialisation.
