Undergraduate entry requirements for applicants from Iceland.
We welcome applications from students with the Icelandic Stúdentspróf for most subjects, however applicants to Medicine and Veterinary Medicine will only be considered if they have completed A Levels or the IB.
Further specific requirements depend on the programme.
Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences
For degree programmes in Arts, Humanities and Social Science subjects, applicants should have an overall average grade of 7 or above, with 8 in required subjects.

College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine
Medical Sciences and Biomedical Sciences
For Biomedical Sciences & Medical Sciences, successful completion of Stúdentspróf with 7 overall and 8 in Biology and Chemistry.
Medicine
For Medicine, successful completion of Stúdentspróf with 8.5 overall and 9 in Chemistry and in one of Biology, Mathematics or Physics.
Veterinary Medicine
Successful completion of the Stúdentspróf with a minimum of 8.5 overall and 999 in Chemistry, Biology and one other academic subject.
College of Science and Engineering
For degree programmes in Science and Engineering subjects, applicants should have an overall average grade of 7 or above, with 9 in required subjects.
