Kristine Gu

Background

Kristine's Ph.D. research focuses on international law and the law of the sea, with a special interest in marine resources of areas beyond national jurisdiction. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association, with practise experience in corporate and intellectual property law. Her LL.M. work focused on the use of strategic environmental assessments for the conservation and sustainable use of marine biodiversity of areas beyond national jurisdiction.
