Background

Wang Lin is a PhD student with a major interest in legal philosophy. He holds two bachelor's degrees, one in engineering and the other in law. He obtained his Master of Law degree from the University of Macau, with the thesis A Comparative Study on the Efficacy of Common Law and Civil Law Systems in Achieving the Rule of Law.

He served as a research assistant in two research programs: A Comparative Study of the Emerging Regulation of Online Platforms, with a Focus on Major Global Regulators—EU, the US, and China and A Comparative Study of Han Fei’s and Jeremy Bentham’s Legal Philosophies.
