Background

Currently lecturing  on the Sport, Health and Exercise Science Bachelor's degree based at East Coast College with the University of Suffolk. I obtained my Masters degree from University of Edinburgh, titled "Understanding Elite Squash Players Practice Behaviour Engagement, Changes, and Influences", in 2020. Following completion of this, I moved over to Australia working as Squash ACT's Sport Development Officer: Head Coach, Participation and Performance. Here, I ran the entire talent development pathway and environment in the territory and surrounding area, working from the grassroots level up to the elite level. I worked with coaches, diplomats, volunteers, juniors, minority groups, elite players, as well as running international tournaments, sporting organisations and the ACT headquaters.
