Professor Tim Kerby (CEng FIET CSEP MINCOSE)

Background
Prof Tim Kerby is a Chartered Systems experienced in delivering complex technical programmes and improving product design processes in the technology industry. He is the CEO of Edinburgh Systems, a consultancy he founded in 2018 to support organisations in their Systems Engineering Journey. Tim previously held senior roles within the Semiconductor Industry.
Tim’s career has spanned multiple industries and disciplines, including camera phones, self-driving vehicles, medical products, industrial energy, and zero-emission airport infrastructure. Tim is a Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor in Systems Engineering at Heriot-Watt University and course lead in Systems Thinking for the MSc in Data Science for Health and Social Care at the University of Edinburgh.
