Background

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology in 2018 in China. Then I finished my Master's Degree in Counselling Studies in 2019 at the University of Edinburgh. Now I am a PhD candidate in Clinical Psychology. My main research interest is emotion regulation, especially the regulation of positive emotions. I am now working on how mindfulness and attachment contribute to why people differ in positive emotions, and how mindfulness induction changes how people cope with positive emotions. I am also interested in mindfulness-based and attachment-based interventions aiming at emotion regulation.
