Background
Bolesław/Boz/Bos is the International Research Development Manager within the Research Strategy Team where he focuses on research partnerships, international research funding policy, and research development practice. With experience across pre-award RMA roles (UK and international portfolios), externally funded research posts, and freelance advisory work, he brings a multifaceted perspective to the role. He also represents Edinburgh in key research management and policy groups, including within LERU and UNA Europa.

Responsibilities & affiliations
Boz assists researchers, academic leaders and university networks in navigating the increasingly complex international funding landscape. This includes efforts aimed at reinvigorating research-oriented transnational collaborations and maximising benefits of the UK’s association to Horizon Europe post-Brexit.
